But if you got an ide harddisk you could use the utility NFF (Norton File Find) - included with the Norton Utilities 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 for DOS - to find some text data on the deleted drive area. Another way is to shutdown windows, restart in dos mode, type LOCK, say YES and try to UNDELETE the files, if you still got the UNDELETE utility. (Sorry for bad English!)
