Well I renamed it to gpp.exe in latest revision of gpp281b.zip and
in gcce111b.zip to avoid confusion. But anyway I think it gxx.exe should
be REMOVED from djdev at all. Currently in djdev202 it is even broken as
-lgpp is placed after -lstdc++ (should be before it).
