Does someone have an exemple on how to use VESA VCI
or the original VESA spec?.
Does these docs cost something like some other docs from VESA?

This is the VCI spec I know about (from VESA web site):
and I would like to have (this one or earlier).

between Super VGA and pointing devices (e.g., a mouse), handling
