I was sick of having to pull out my browser to view the HTML version that came with the Allegro 3.0 distribution, so I made this version of it. I find it quicker and easier to use. So If you can put it to use, by all means go and download it. I've have a link to download the full source of the help file. So you can make your own changes and adittions as you see fit =). I included everything i used (with the exception of HC31.EXE - cuz that was microsofts) to make the help file.
