Yes, it should have been either txi309 or txi39.  However, this would 
have caused similar problems when 3.9 was released, since the version 
before it was dubbed txi360, etc.

It does tend to confuse people, for which I'm sorry; but at least from 
now on, the version numbering should be unequivocal.
