Go to http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/ to join. Alternatively, the Allegro and AGP mailing lists are much smaller and should give you the help you need. Go to http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/allegro/ for details on how to join. I can't really help you since I don't use the lighting effects much. Try sending it to the Allegro Mailing List, though.
