I have recently purchased a CD-ROM on DJGPP from Walnut Creek.

The README.1ST file stated that a tutorial on how to get started with DJGPP
was
available on:
               http://remus.rutgers.edu/~avly/djgpp.html

I was unable to access the above URL.

Is there another location at which I can access the tutorial?
