If you have allegro.inf installed in the %DJDIR%/info directory just press 
F1, then Ctrl+G and type 

(allegro)  

The press enter and you'll be reading the Allegro docs.
Adding:

(allegro)Index

to the Help|Syntax help|Files to search menu option of RHIDE you'll get help 
just presiing Ctrl+F1 over the name of the allegro function you need 
information.
Note: the settings will look like this:

libc (allegro)Index

Separated by one space.
