(After adding the for me very necessary packages: babel, ams(la)tex, fancyhdr and natbib) Printing and dvi-to-Z conversions are on their way. By the way, is it intentional that some important directories (share/texmf and share/texmf/fonts) are unpacked with the read-only attribute set?
