It's my fault, sorry.  The script I launched to upload these files to 
DJ's server did include these files, but they were never transmitted, for 
reasons that are beyond me.  I will send them at once, and they should be 
on SimTel in a day or two.

I want to wait a bit in case something's wrong with these ports (you 
have already found one thing that was wrong ;-).  Then I'll ask the 
CTAN people to mirror the DJGPP's site.
