As I tested GrGetScanlineC() is in libgrx20.a (getscl.o) (at least I have this function in version on my HD). I have used SaveContextToJpg() to generates frames from output of one my program for later conversion to MPEG. I expected better quality of MPEG file I got, but otherwise all worked.
