I suggest to upload the port to v2gnu subdirectory of the DJGPP sites.  
(Please contact DJ Delorie for the uploading instructions.)  There's 
nothing wrong to also have it in GNUish, or in any other place for that 
matter, but it is best to have a copy together with the rest of DJGPP.
