SET sells a CD, burned as you order it, and I believe it's very reasonably priced. Walnut Creek CDROM in the US also sells a DJGPP CD (see http://www.cdrom.com/titles/prog/djgpp.htm). They want US$39.95 for it, which IMHO is a bit steep. (Actually, I think all their CD sets cost $39.95!) It looks like they will ship overseas for another $9.
