(please read the entire message before jumping to conclusions about why that might be).. I haven't actually seen his computer, so I haven't had a chance to play on it, but here is what he has told me. He said that he hasn't modified any of the default files from the distribution, except to change LFN to y. He is running on win98. The filenames DO DO DO DO DO have a cpp extension. He loaded up files that work fine in rhide on another computer and they didn't have color either. He has bc4.5 on his computer. I had him go in and be sure that djgpp was in the path before bc45.. (don't think that should make a difference, but you never know) I've got a bunch of other students that have installed fine.. no problems.. but for some reason he is having trouble. Anyone else seen anything like this? --=+=-- Kirby Vandivort Computer Science Teaching Fellow kvandivo AT umr DOT edu URL: http://www.cs.umr.edu/~kvandivo kvandivo AT nova DOT nuc DOT umr DOT edu kvandivo AT planetall DOT com kvandivo AT writeme DOT com kvandivo AT yahoo DOT com ----------- Ask me about 19 cent/minute calling card calls! ------------ Last night I spent the night dreaming about car mufflers.
