Therefor you cannot compile it with DJGPP unless you convert it to AT&T Asm... I think the function names differs alittle but I don't know about functionality but i think they're pretty equal?(maybe some one else with more knowledge can answer that?). JonIPX also has some extra functions since it was written for game but I don't know much about that... Yes, you will have to download them, but there not so hard to find, DOSIPX is on the URL i wrote in the first message, JonIPX you can find by searching alittle, check out the FAQ section on www.delorie.com, I can't remember the exact location but look there for IPX and networking and I think you'll find it.
