Now I've had a couple of problems with a few of the functions, I wrote a message to who I thought was the guy in charge of the project, but havn't recieved a response (It probably never got there). The three functions that cause problems are: rectfill, line, clear_to_colour, The all make the program crash, with an "application recieved message SIGSEGV" at 0x0000000B. Why it does this I don't know, as far as I know I'm calling them alright (rectfill and line draw to my BITMAP buffer). I will try to just make a little program with these functions in it, and if you want to see what happens I will post the code and an EXE (Will total about 50k). I know WinAllegro hasn't been tested that much, and I'd like to help out wherever I can. I'm using the latest version 3.0 WIP 5 I believe, so far everything works apart from these, I can draw circles and triangles with no problem. Also, just something odd I found in RHIDE, I don't know if it's fixed in 1.4.5 or 1.4.6 or whatever but when I compile and link a program, about 5 seconds before it finishes linking the mouse cursor vanishes, and only comes back if I restart the program (I run it in a DOS box), it doesn't hurt anything, since my project is auto-saved when compiled/linked I just hit the hotkey sequence to quit, F3 to put the command back on the command line, and back into RHIDE I go :-) I am using the RSXNTDJ package on top of DJGPP and RHIDE, using the modified ld.exe (which I assume is causing the problem). If it has been fixed in a newer version, please disregard this section. Cya's, Deathifier - David Storey
