None.  You just use them.  Make sure info is installed (txi??, been too
long): `info -f gcc "c ext" ext' will give you most of the nitty gritty
details (there's a few extra tricks documented in
$DJDIR/gnu/gcc*/config/i386/i386.md, but you will have to install the
gcc sources too read it:( It's just some info on specifying exactly
which mode to use for registers, but gcc usually gets it right, so it's
surplus info.
