Please try to avoid advising people to edit their DJGPP.ENV.  That file 
has a cryptic syntax, and many people who don't understand that syntax 
were badly burned by messing with it.

Setting lfn=y in the environment or in AUTOEXEC.BAT is the recommended 
solution to this problem.
