set the djgpp environement to your_dj_dir\djgpp.env

ex: set djgpp=C:\djgpp\djgpp.env

and you path to your_dj_dir\bin

ex: set path=%path%;C:\djgpp\bin

and use this command

gcc hello.c -o hello.exe

you can also press CTRL+F9 in rhide
