I had exactly the same problem with "#include <iostream.h>", but
managed to fix that by setting "LFN=y" in DJGPP.env.
Now that error is solved I get the following error message whenever I
try to compile the simplest program through RHIDE:
"cannot specify -o with -c and multiple compilations"

I would be grateful for any help.  Ian Craig
