There is no program called `djgpp', djgpp is a development
environment consisting of a lot of programs ported to or written for
DOS. 

If you are interested in switches to the compiler (gcc) then type:

    info gcc invoking

Be warned, there are a lot of them!

If you're interested in RHIDE switches then somebody else will have 
to answer -- I don't know much about RHIDE.

In general you can look up the documentation for the GNU packages in 
djgpp through the Info utility.  You should read the Info tutorial 
if you're not familiar with Info -- type `Ctrl-H' followed by `h' 
just after starting Info, or just "info info getting".
