I found this port (binaries and diffs only) at their site: www.goof.com/pcg/data/cygwin32/mc-4.1.32-cygwinb19.diff and www.goof.com/pcg/data/cygwin32/mc-4.1.32-cygwinb19.tar.gz As Leiming Qian wrote to me, he couldn't find any links to /data/cygwin32 directory from PCG pages.
