That's strange.

1) Are you using projrcts? if not try using it.
2) Did you tried plain DOS instead of Windows? perhaps is a problem in your 
drivers or DLLs, or even a TSR.

If you can solve it fill a bug report form (is in the menu at the left of 
File).
