The line that is meant to define DJGPP is either incorrect or it doesn't get executed. My guess is that you have some spaces around the '=' sign to make it look nice. If so, remove them. Otherwise, I suggest that you post your whole autoexec.bat file to this newsgroup so that we can see where the problem is.
