Well, that's all I wanted to know... (And if you did think i was accusing you of cheating, you were wrong. Nowhere in my previous message did I call anyone a cheater for using allegro. I just don't like to use it myself (i get no sense of accomplishment after finishing a program where i used allegro). However if you like to use it then by all means go right I ahead, I will not stand in your way. > IMHO, suggesting that people using allegro are "cheating" in some way > by using allegro only suggests that the person saying it has some > puritanical view on programming and doesn't program for a living. You are correct in assuming that i do not program for a living (although if you think i do not know what it is like then you are incorrect). However nowhere did i suggest that you or anyone else was cheating when using allegro. It is just the way i feel about using it myself and i am sorry if you do not like that, but that is what I think. Oh yes... as for the "puritanical view on programming"... I couldn't care less whether or not you or anyone else use allegro or any other libraries when programming and, as i stated before, i even use them sometimes. And I was just asking for an opinion, not accusations.. Merlin.
