Paradogically it makes the IDE hang in some W95 installations. Eli found a fix for it but isn't applied yet. I think W95 just gives the CPU to the DOS program ONLY if there is no things to do and hence you see 100%. I added it because an OS/2 user reported sensible slow downs when using RHIDE, __dpmi_yield solved it.
