Send mail to SET <salvador AT inti DOT gov DOT ar>, who is doing just that.  I seem
to recall it was very cheap.  Shipping might be a bit more (he's in
Argentina), but still possible.

A company called Walnut Creek CDROM <info AT cdrom DOT com> here in the US
offers a CD of Simtelnet, including DJGPP.  It's nice, but tends to be a
month or two stale (they only re-release every 3 months).  Also, it's
expensive, about US $40 + shipping for the 2-CD set.
