It is a development editor that will compile individual as well as project files and uses DJGPP as the compiler. Basically, it is an ide for windows where Rhide is an ide for DOS. It does have its problems though. Rhide is actually more stable and I use it in a DOS box. I have use DFE95 and I do like it , but it had some problems on my system so I went back to using Rhide.
