You mean that it's not enough that I did all that titanic work of assemblying the FAQ together, I now need to reply to all those who don't have the patience to read it, right? Seems that they are right when they say that no good deed goes unpunished,. FWIW, there's an index near the end of the FAQ which is the right tool to find the info in the FAQ. Or is the index ``ridiculously long'' as well for your taste?
