I doubt many of us would like to send a multimegabyte file via email...
a far better way to figure out what's wrong is to send a complete system
report as outlined in chapter 6.12 of the DJGPP Frequently Asked
Questions list.  Somewhere in there will likely be a clue to your
answer.

You may also want to try out my DJVERIFY installation diagnostic tool,
available from my web site below.  When you run it in summary mode, it
will generate a logfile and system report which you can post here.
