I use the most actual version, downloaded on Tueseday. 
Under WinNT the DOS environment variable 'DJGPP' is set to
'e:/gnu/djgpp.env'. This is exactly the place where djgpp is installed
to. Oh no !!!!!!!
The directory was 'e:/gcc/djgpp.env'. I'm so stupid !!

I think DJ should add a routine for controlling weather the pathes are
right or not. So such confused people like me couldn't fail :-)
