You can do it from RHIDE just select the section you want to print and press ^K-W (write block), now put the name of the device you want, for example lpt1 or prn or /dev/lp or any name your printer have in your OS. What? RHIDE doesn't "locate" your includes is the compiler. If you don't know how to use a tool please read the docs or ask for help.
