Borland -> Make: See in the Borland tools I think you can generate a makefile from it and then adapt the makefile to work with GNU make. I don't know if you need to correct too much (perhaps isn't worst). Borland -> RHIDE: Just forget about such a tool. I think the best is just open the Borland IDE in one machine (or W95 box) with the project loaded and RHIDE in the other and just make the translation by hand.
