The latest DJGPP version is 2.01.  go32-v2 from this version outputs:

go32/v2 version 2.0 built Aug 12 1996 22:27:23

The important thing to check is the version numbers of the zipfiles you
downloaded, and to test the value of the preprocessor defines DJGPP and
DJGPP_MINOR in your code.
