I'm sorry if I'm crying "wolf" here. I'm also sorry if this is in a faq
somewhere. My problem is this: I was trying to patch allegro and it
didn't work. It said it couldn't find the file and was asking me for a
name. It didn't matter which version of patch I used, or which diff file
(I tried 2 different patches for allegro). The problem went away when I
put LFN=N in my djgpp.env file. With LFN=N patch works, with LFN=Y patch
doesn't find the files. Why?
