You can get them by going to: http://www.cartsys.com/eldredge/djgpp/ and fetching the files you will see (there should be 4). Then just unzip them in your DJGPP directory like normal. Note that there is no link to this from anywhere else (I'm lazy), and no index.html in that directory. Your browser will have to support showing you the directory listing (Netscape 4 does for sure).
