I don't know what a program you used to unzip the archive, but as far as I know, this is only a warning message and all the other files ar still unzipped. I have included the g++.exe in the binary archive for all of the W95 users, who want to use g++ like known from unix systems. If you are not running under W95 or if you have there LFN disabled, you can still use the archive and g++ but then you should use the command gpp instead of g++.
