Allegro could not install properly. The copy command for some reason failed. Try
installing manually.

1) Copy allegro\lib\djgopp\libdjgpp.a to your djgpp\lib direcetory
2) Copy allegro\allegro.h to your djgpp\include directory

Or, if you downloaded the file utils ZIP, you can edit the makefile and change
all referces to <copy> to <cp>. Just remember to use an editor that supports
tabs. Windows Notepad seems to do the trick.
