Does there exist a guide for proper usage (w/ examples) of dpmi functions 
using cwsdpmi. What I am looking for are examples in actual code snippets. I 
have a (DOS) program compiled via gcc that loves RAM, can't get enough. Seems 
that all Windows will give it is ~16mB.
