If so where can I get it? This is Watcom's Make utility (I think). Since it's proprietary software, there can never be a port to DJGPP. I've never heard of a work-alike either. However, DJGPP comes with GNU Make (v2gnu/mak3761b.zip), which is a fully functional Make.
