Sword 2.1 is one and RSX is another and Malcolm in Australia has a third. All of these are in the djgpp simtel spot. There is also a fourth it`s called V and I am or was working at porting it from Watcom and various gnu versions into djgpp. Bit stuck again but working on it. Sitting back and looking at all this GUI inventive effort I'm asking about focus or should we just have fun. There is also activity on Sword 2.5 in Belruse and another group working on Sword 3.0 in France. I think there is a lot of GUI out there not too well documented. From what I`ve seen V has the most documentation and my interest. It might be better just to evaluate all of these various GUIs and start with that. My effort so far has been frustrated with crashing my system, blank screens and stuff that failed to compile. Even though my monitor looks great in win95 in some cases I need better visa support to work with some of these packages. They are not plug and play. Not as impressive as djgpp or rhide. Regards Ian.
