Even comparing the same file such as the readme.1st file in djgpp/. The tmp dirs exist. Emacs hangs when the diff is complete I think. The dos window heading says: MS-DOS Prompt - EMACS The bottom of the emacs says: Processing difference regions ... done Then it just sits there with the cursor on the question mark. Then I try to type 'j' or 'n' but it's frozen...
