Loader error (0025): cannot initialize I just got the djgpp compiler and set it up as per instructions. For a while it worked (i.e. generated working executables), even with make for multi-file programs from unix. Then something happened (what???) and the above error appeared whenever gcc is invoked, even with something as simple as hello.c. I've reinstalled (from the zip files), rebooted, and even scanned for a virus (none). I couldn't find this or a fix in the faq. I'm running win95 on a pentium with 32 MB ram. The go32-v2 program reports the following: DPMI memory available: 15887 Kb DPMI swap space available: 13965 Kb If anyone can explain this problem and help me solve it I will be most grateful! Please email to: koehler AT trpntech DOT com Thanks in advance, Ryan Koehler
