I found the function mktime() to convert the time and date to elapsed seconds 
since 1/1/1970.  I can't seem to find a function to go the other way. Is there 
one?  What is it called?

I would appreciate email replys because my news server only gets about 5 
articals from thois group per day. (It sucks)
