When I print this using either ghostscript on an HP LJ2P or on an HP5 printer with postscript it moves the image about an inch towards the top of the page so the header is missing. I can compensate with a '.m1 1.5i' command but then the pages are shorter by an inch. Looking through the documentation or the postscript file doesn't give me a clue as to what might be wrong. When I print directly (no fonts) or make a dvi file and print it using dvilj the image is in the correct place. Any ideas? Thanks, Jim Chapman
