You may know this already, but you can hit ALT-RET (the alt key and enter) to switch the DOS box from full-screen to window. Also, you can type exit at the command line to end your DOS session. If you've been exiting the DOS box by clicking the "X" in the corner of the window (I don't know if that is what you were saying.)-- If that is the case, you may want to consider using the exit command instead, since Windows can't always kill DOS processes. --Ed (Myknees)
