I've got a couple of newbie questions refering to Cross Compiling (i've read the faq before). My plan is to make a Cross Compiler for the TMS320 C31 (DSP). Actually there is already a Gnu - Crosscompiler - but it's running on a Linux system. So I want to port it to DOS, sources are available. My Questions: 1. Do I have to recompile gcc or is it an exetension which gcc calls when executed? 2. How can I do this (links etc.) I'm thankful for any help, couse I don't even know how a cross compiler works...
