I managed to have RSXNTDJ working except for the resource compiler when
invoked from the command line. It apparently works when used from inside the
RSXIDE.

I attempted to build it but the sources do not compile under DJGPP (there
are warnings about this in the readmes about this, btw), and I did not had
time to pursue further this matter.
