A friend and I worked over 5 keyboards for this purpose and : didn't mess a single one up. You should still be very careful not to : mess it up too badly. Erm, how about the less destructive method of downloading Microsoft Kernel Toys for Win95? I think this includes a program that allows you to do this, as I've done this for all my DOS boxes. Curiously the Windows key seems to generate a capital S keystroke now. BTW, the Windows key is disabled by disabling the Ctrl+Esc key combination in the properties page.
