Okay I have to admit first that I'm no hardware techie-type, I just basically have a screwdriver and know what I want, but uh, wouldn't that be because the AMD is just a faster chip? Last I checked the K6 was a Pentium II-level chip with lots of caches and other stuff I don't really understand, and I thought that the Cyrix chip was actually more like a Pentium Pro level chip without so much lots of caches and them stuff. - Calvin -
